Leporanta, a magnificent holiday cottage on the shores of Lake Kuorasjärvi

Cozy cottage built in 2019, comfortably accommodating 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Kaunis ja kompakti arkkitehdin luoma mökki Soinissa Ulvon kylällä vieraita varten. Täällä aika hidastuu ja mieli lepää. Asuinalaa on yht. 30 m², saunan iso IKI-kiuas antaa pehmeät löylyt. Peti neljälle sekä vuodesohva, paljon terassia. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ja kuivakäymälä lämmin ja hajuton. Varusteina mm. Kardinaali-grilli, savustin, palju, vene ja pelejä. Polttopuut sisältyvät, sähkö ja juomavesi on. Ympärillä kaunista metsää ja Ulvotuisessa hyvät kalavedet. Tervetuloa Ulvontähteen!

Sänkypaikkoja on aikuisille 5 ja lisäksi 130cm(+35cm) juniorisänky. 160cm parisänky voidaan jakaa kahdeksi erilliseksi 80cm sängyksi, sitä erikseen pyydettäessä. You can take soft baths in the house's wood-heated sauna. The lower floor of the house is 82m2. There are no other people on the upper floor and on the same plot during the stay. Accommodation all year round. Bed linen and towels are including price. The cleaning fee is €40 or you can do the cleaning yourself. Pets negotiable.
