Designed by an architect, this cabin is in Soini in Ulvotuinen. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The warm area is about 30 m², the IKI heater in the sauna provides soft steam. Accommodation for four plus a sofa bed, lots of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipped with a cardinal grill, smoker, a lot, a boat, and a sup board. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water can be found. Surrounded by beautiful forest and good fishing waters in the Howler. Welcome to Ulvotuinen Beach!

A cozy cottage built in 2019, which comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Vanhapaikka - Own peace in the middle of the village

Distance to nearest shop 500m. Very good conditions for remote work and for a work trip. There are several hiking trails in Soin in the summer, including Arpainen, Kokko-Valkeinen, Kaihiharju, and King's Trail. In the winter, the property is located next to good ski trails and sledding trails. The distance to the illuminated ski track is a kilometer and the snowmobile trail to the starting point is 400 meters. Ski Vuorenmaa Ski Vuorenmaa is a 10km drive away.

Old house near small city centre in Alajärvi. Big yard, veranda, bedrooms and atmospheric livingroom, 8 beds, bathroom, sauna, kitchen and wc. You can grill in the garden or row and fish in lake Alajärvi. Also there is a frisbeegolf route nearby. Easy place to stop and overnight for example when you are travelling trough Finland.
