The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

A private balcony features a dining table set for two, with white plates and wine glasses arranged neatly. The ocean is visible in the background through tall trees, offering a serene view of the landscape and coastal scenery.

This is a wonderful completely updated condo that is 3rd floor with AWESOME views of the ocean! Just repainted 2026! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and sleeper sofa! This is a very clean condo! Newer memory foam mattress. Comes with 2 bikes, beach equipment and a wonderful kitchen! Very Quiet! Lots of storage, very open and bright. Excellent balcony area to enjoy the breeze and views! Very nice pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also have a outdoor shower area. The pool is not heated.
