A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

This is a great place. I think this apartment surpassed expectations. The apartment is great, clean, and matches the photos and description. I would have liked to have extended my stay but it was already booked. Really enjoyed my stay.

Paskasius’ place is comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of security guards around the building, so we felt safe. There’s also direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall. We’ll definitely come back.

I had such a pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to find, and the place is so clean and spacious, it's very comfortable in every corner. The host is very responsive and helpful, too. Will definitely book again!

The villa is beautiful & amazing, clean, complete and the view is amazing!! From the beginning of the chat, Rikka was very responsive, friendly & always gave solutions. Exit Sentul Selatan, follow the map given by Rikka, so easy. There's a small turn just after the green house, just follow it, the road is a bit down, not far to Villa Madame Kanawa. The garage can hold 4 cars, in front of the garage you can also park because it's a private road owned by the villa. There is a clean kitchen & dirty kitchen, there are 2 helpers who are ready to help like washing dishes, help prepare BBQ, etc. Bathroom & bed are safe, towels & blankets are provided. If there are many better, bring your own towels & blankets so you don't fight ^_^ Thank you Rikka!

Strategic location within the complex with wide road access, not a small alley, safe for cars. Garage holds 1 medium car + motorcycle parking. Large windows, good natural light, but a bit hot and less privacy because there is no film glass. The upstairs bathroom has hot water. The downstairs room has no air conditioning but there is a fan, the upstairs room has air conditioning and is very cold. The kitchen is quite complete for basic needs, but the sink is outside (back garden). Clean beds and pillows, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. The price is very affordable for the facilities offered. The host is also fast and helpful. Overall comfortable for short stays👍

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

The place was just as described! I especially loved the mini play area in the center of the living room — such a thoughtful touch. The property is conveniently connected to a mall and surrounded by business and office areas, right in the heart of Jakarta.
