The host was extremely attentive and responded clearly and quickly. The house was exactly the same as in the pictures. The place is great for accommodating families and even group of friends. The space is clean and like all the necessary appliances. I'm sure I'll be back there soon. It was well worth every amount charged for the space.

It was wonderful. Full apartment, wonderful mattress, comfortable even in the living room. Full service area, quiet, dark for sleeping. Perfect. My baby is my athlete daughter, they felt very good, even Netflix was able to watch a little bit during her competition break. Bed linen, basic kitchen utensils as a courtesy. Apart from the time he gave me explaining how to walk to a market (1.7 km) and the Atacadão (700m). And he even recommended places to eat and to buy what I will need. Awesome host.

the ranch is wonderful , lampa instructed us from the beginning to the end of the tour , always being proactive! place is wonderful, the house accommodated us very well , everything very organized ! very close to the river Tietê too, great to relax .

Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

We had an amazzing stay! The kids enjoyed the clean pool almost everyday, we had guests over for a big family gathering and they all loved the place. The house was comfortable with AC units in each bedroom. Showers worked perfectly. The property is pristine and very well maintened and the host was very responsive. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Location: - Safe, Quiet, Silent - Nearby bakery, simple, but the best French bread in the region (brown and crunchy). - Flat streets, good for walking. - Close to the nerve center (bars, restaurants, shopping, markets, etc.), approximately 4km (Av Nações Unidas)

A place that makes us feel at home, very easy to get in and out of the place, it will certainly become my favorite reservation in Bauru... everything perfect!
