Waterfront holiday rentals in Java

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

Stay at somebody else's apartement but feels like home. Definitely will be back. The unit are spacious and comfortable, clean and also neat. Facility and amenities are complete. Get free parking at basement. Maybe you can provide Digital TV antenna in the further. Overall we had pleasant and great time staying at this place. Thank you for hosting us.

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

It is the best accomodation in Greenbay apartment, and it looks exactly the same as the pictures. Strongly recommend you to book this room. I've tried in other units, only this one looks the same as the pictures 👍👍👍👍

Utensils are very complete, next to the aeon mall so you can cook for yourself. The rooms and furniture are also luxurious and clean.

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

I love Shelly's place. The downside would be the noise as it located in a main road. The first night of my stay was the worse as so many big trucks and motorcycles passed by. the second night was bearable. Again, it depends on the uncontrollable factors which is the main road.

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

Tedy is very responsive, show his responsibility and helpful. The house is really clean, but the wifi have to pay if wants to connect. But don't worry, it's really cheap. I recommend to stay at Tedy's place if you go to Malang

This is a new and very nice cluster. It was very quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The pool is very nice and the area is nice for morning walks. The cluster is a little far from stores and restaurants but is still a very nice area.

We spent a delightful five nights at the villa in early July 2022. The location is idyllic and perfect for relaxation. The upstairs covered verandah is ideal for ocean-side yoga sessions, especially at sunrise. While I am 80 and my wife is 71 - we found no physical limitations and were able to enjoy a marvelously peaceful visit. Essentially the only sounds are those made by the waves landing on the beach below. Martin and his wife took care of us admirably and the Alfamart across the street was convenient for restocking provisions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Nice place to stay since surround by many good food. The place is clean, the host very responsive.

Clean, quiet because it's on the top floor so it won't be bothered by surrounding residents who continue to offer their merchandise. Only two points I want to tell the owner for the apt: 1. The air conditioner in the room opposite the bathroom is leaking so we have to accommodate the water with a basin, and that is very disturbing to sleep at night because the water points that fall into the bucket are noisy all night and disturb activities in the room. overall cold air conditioning is fine 2. The water fountain hose for the toilet is almost broken, so it can't be used because it can't be used because of everywhere. That's just a little put in from us. i recommend this apt if anyone wants to rent, it is facing a clean and spacious beach. There are many beds, in front of the guest room there is also a spring bed for those who want to sleep in waves. two sofas can also be used as a bed. Hopefully with the repair of the above issues can provide more perfect comfort for renters. Thank you so much Nick.

The accommodation was generally clean and cozy, and its great location made it convenient for sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. We met at the lobby and moved to the accommodation together while receiving a detailed explanation. The bed was comfortable, and a large bottle of water was provided. Since it’s in the city center, there was some noise from motorcycles and vehicles early in the morning. The view was nice, and overall, the stay was well worth the price. I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!

I enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It was beautiful and match the description. Joshua was very responsive and Felix accommodated our needs very well. We love the infinity swimming pool facing the ocean. Lots of restaurants and the mall just right below the units. We definitely will come back to Joshua’s place if we are going to stay around PIK.
