Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

The facility to which we invite you is a newly opened, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly onto the forest.

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Domek letniskowy na Mazurach , jeden na ogrodzonej działce-1000m2, z akceptacją zwierząt. Domek posiada komfortowo wyposażoną kuchnię z salonem, sypialnię, łazienkę z prysznicem. Zapewniamy pościel, ręczniki, rzutnik i ekran, udostępniamy łódkę, kajak, rowery, SUPy, leżaki. Na posesji huśtawki, grill, ognisko, zadaszony taras z meblami ogrodowymi, bardzo bliska odległość od jednego z najczyściejszych jezior na Mazurach. Ładowanie pojazdów z gniazdka jest niedopuszczalne.

W Stodole jest sala bilardowa z kominkiem. do domu przynależy bardzo duży drewniany taras z jacuzzi (czynnym w sezonie letnim), leżakami, kanapami oraz zewnętrzna jadalnią. Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. Stodoła jest miejscem przyjaznym alergikom, dlatego zapraszamy do niej bez zwierzaków.

The house is located in a picturesque place between two bodies of water, perfect for people who want peace and relaxation, excluding parties 🙂 This is the only cottage on the plot. Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible. Prices of wood for the stay (in PLN): Campfire: 200 Fireplace: 250 Jacuzzi + water change: 350

Happy Habitat

We have prepared two 7-person apartments in a separate building for our guests - just for complete privacy. Each apartment has an independent entrance and equipment that allows you to stay in Siedlisko forever. Time passes here on small and big pleasures: walking with horses, cycling and listening to stories about Masuria that you do not know. We invite you for a little happiness. We serve it while it's still warm.
