Paisano Mountain Lodge is nestled on the side of Dolores Mountain overlooking the Chihuahuan desert and surrounding mountains. If you like stars, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, a little dust, and dirt roads, you'll love our place! We are a little less than a mile off the pavement, with a country feel and sweeping views, yet close to beautiful downtown Fort Davis, the historic fort, shopping, and restaurants.Please look at the astrophotography pictures taken from our property. Located in the heart of Fort Davis on a quiet side street just three blocks from State Street, Agave House was completely renovated in 2021. Featuring original art, the interior is contemporary with Santa Fe influences, featuring vaulted beamed ceilings in the living room as well as a wood burning fireplace. The well equipped kitchen is all new. The main bath includes a large shower and claw foot tub.
