Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Jefferson City

I cannot say enough about our stay. We have traveled extensively over many years and this is absolutely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The home and outside property are both everything you could hope for. The entire property is spotless and so well stocked that we wanted for nothing. I will start with the inside a large variety of coffee options including flavored syrups, snacks, milk, a dozen fresh eggs, a dozen homemade cookies, a lovely candle as a gift, tooth brushes, combs, soap, shampoo, conditioned, etc. They thought of everything! The outside has a beautiful gazebo, fire pit with nice chairs, a saucer swing in front and back yard, tether ball in back yard, hillbilly golf game in garage. The list goes on and on. This is located in the country with an amazing view but only 3 miles to town. The owner was also the best I have worked with, providing fast responses and just a wonderful person. I hope I find a need to pass through here again! Thank you Abigail

Everything was as described and a lot bigger than expected which was a good thing. We had a little more room to spread out. Everything was clean and was a charming and interesting older home. Would definitely stay here again.

The space was exactly as described—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and super comfortable. You can tell Nathan really cares about his guests; every detail was well thought out, from the soft linens to the little touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth and responsive the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family. We were visiting to take part on our daughter’s graduation, and this place was literally less than 5min away, super convenient. Great location over all, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend it to those visiting with larger families.

Great place to stay close to most things to do at the lake for a small group!

We had a great time. Lily pad and life vest were available for us to use. The kitchen had complete amenities for cooking. The bathroom is super clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect! My family enjoyed the time fishing and swimming! The host is super friendly and responsive. We will surely come back! :)

Great spot at Lake of the Ozarks! The A-frame house is super cute and unique - from the decor to the entertainment, so much has been considered. The cove is lovely and the floating lily pad is a fun addition for use at the dock. My kiddo loved the loft space and my husband and I played pinball like kids ourselves. Host Tiphanie was fantastic. So organized leading up to our stay and responsive during our stay! Even things inside the home are helpfully labeled. Cozy beds. Stocked kitchen. Bidet in bathroom. Everything was clean! 5 stars.

I loved my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, and check-in was smooth and easy. It felt like a home away from home, and i already booked again. Highly recommend.

Neal’s place was perfect for us. We were able to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Neal was super responsive to any questions that we had. Check in and check out were super easy.

My stay was amazing! Loved the peace and quiet and the view. It was an absolutely a beautiful home, very clean and loved the fact I did not have to go up or down any stairs. Would highly recommend to any of my friends and family to stay in this lovely home with great host.

My second time staying at Danielle's place. This is my first choice when in Jeff City. Walkable to Sunset Lake and Das Stein Haus, one of the places we like to eat. Close to everything I do in Jeff City. I like that it's quiet and feels safe.

Loved our short stay here, actually was sad to leave. The view and the little lake are so peaceful and the room was perfect. Also the hosts Jan and George were wonderful and made the stay so smooth. Hoping we find an excuse to stay here again!

Loved how much pace there was for our family! Loved all the essentials in the bathrooms, loved how stocked the kitchen was. Lots of extra blankets. Loved how they had a wagon, and beach bags and extra stuff for pool was awesome. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Will definitely come back and stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The river tubes, paddle boards, and pool noodles were a nice surprise for our kids!

We had an amazing time at MD’s cabin. Extremely clean home, with easy access to the lake, and centrally located/ easy access to very nice restaurants and other attractions. Our host did amazing on the communication aspect of this trip with very clear instructions and amazing recommendations on places to eat, local attractions, etc. Our stay was a 10/10 and will be booking with MD from here on out for our lake trips.

Kimberly’s Karbelle mansion is a wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, unique and full of history. Kimberly made me and my husband feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Her tour of the mansion was a definite highlight. We learned so many interesting details about the property.

great place to stay. good location!

I wish we had known there were 117 steps one way to get to the swimming dock/boat slip. We took my MIL so she could enjoy the boat, but she was only able to make it once due to the climb. Jennifer was extremely helpful and friendly. she helped me find a local company to rent an extra boat slip from. She was responsive as well. Another thing on the boat ramp is that you have to have a 4-wheel drive, or you'll definitely struggle loading and unloading your boat. If your boat is any bigger than 21ft, you're better off finding a different ramp. This is by no means Jennifer's fault, but helpful information nonetheless. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the swimming dock was a lot of fun.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children. The property is amazing! We especially loved the sun room that backed up to the golf course. It's also in walking distance to the cafe and restaurant which we found very reasonably priced. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone! 5/5, would definitely return.

We stayed at "The Browns Lake Escape" for Mothers Day weekend and were very impressed with the family welcoming atmosphere with activities for the kids. Loved all the little details the decor with every room feeling like home. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation. Very nice playground and pool but I must say my granddaughters favorite was the reading room upstairs that she cannot stop talking about so looks like will will be going back very soon.
