Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jefferson County

We enjoyed our stay especially since we were there for the watermelon festival and the house is about half mile from the town square, very walkable for us. The layout of the house is simple and cute. we really like the coffee provided. There were enough dishes and cookware available so I could make pancakes for breakfast. We also really liked that a firepit with firewood was provided since I love to roast marshmallows and have s'mores. Had a little trouble with the lock at first but got it figured out. I did not realize the house was on a dirt road, which was fine, just missed the road at first because I thought it was someone's driveway. We had a great stay and I would stay here again to visit the local farms and springs in the area.

Kim’s home is a true hidden gem! This is our second time staying with her. She helped us when we were snowed in and even called to make sure the roads were safe so we could get to work. Kim is very thoughtful and brought us fresh eggs as well. The home is quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We can’t say enough about her beautiful property and our time there! We will definitely be back!

Another fantastic stay. Last time we stayed the internet was great, this time it wasn't very functional but we were there to disconnect so that was not a problem. Wonderful place, we always wish we booked a longer stay!

I certainly will be booking this place again as my daughter lives in Perry and this was a perfect location. Not to mention the host was very hospitable!

Very nice home. Spotlessly cleaned. Extremely well stocked kitchen and baths. Walkable location although a little noisy and difficult to turn into when coming from over the hill. However, just a stone’s throw from restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute little house very nice inside the host was rather responsive on a few questions I had which was nice. The location was great extremely close to town. Love the kitchen set up too. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Fern Hollow Acres for my sister’s graduation from FSU. It was the perfect quiet retreat away from Tallahassee. The home was exceptionally clean and well-organized which made settling in very easy. It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming space for her guests! Plus it was so cute! We loved looking at the art from local artists and sitting on the screened patio listening to the birds. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Pat made us feel very welcome and the shed was just the cutest thing. For a little family like us, with a two year old, the wee barn was private and gave us the space we needed for our toddler. During breakfast our host was very atentive to our needs and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Pat and team!

Overall a wonderful space. It’s enough away from the main road while also not being hidden! I would recommend having an off-road vehicle to get there easier (truck, suv, quad, dirt bike, etc.). Amazing price for an amazing experience!
