Cute 1 bedroom, one bath, suite, roomy bedroom, living area, bath, kitchen, pool and private fishing pier. Located on Pleasure Island, TX and close to Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, Port Neches. Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Long term tenents are upstairs and share the outside areas & pier.
