The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host, Chinmay Siri, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

Sapan is a great host and has a wonderful property. The property is a 1BHK villa with a great and clean lawn and swimming pool. The host has taken atmost care of small small things eg - Multiple charging ports for mobile (don't worry even if you forget your charger😜), great wifi connectivity, portable speaker, portable bed, portable chairs, bat-ball-stumps, badminton, and most important a bycycle. Its a wonderful place for outing with your friends and family near to Hadapsar, Pune.

One of the best option you can have, great place to stay with your family, all the amenities were provided and housekeeping is also good. Beautiful view from the balcony’s, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It is exactly what it says. Totally recommend this place.

We enjoyed our Holi celebration over here and the place is quite good. It matches the description as the photos are provided amount of space. We were about 10 people.

The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal . The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Felt right at home, no issues whatsoever.

Place might be a bit hard to find but the host is very helpful. Caretaker there is also very helpful and nice. The pool has steps on the inside from one side, didn't realise it from the pictures. Kind of mattered to us since that became a hazard while playing pool games. Otherwise the pool and the house is great! The kitchen has everything with a good collection of various types of glasses. All amenities work well. Closer to the city so travel time was short. All in all, we had a great stay!

It was a good stay. Location is good situated nearby good restaurants. Property is clean ish. However, would recommend a few things Cons 1. Two bedrooms smelled of smoke. 2. One bedroom downstairs bathroom wasn't clean enough 3. We were a group of women and were uncomfortable with a caretaker lingering around the house and were not able to use the common room. This should have been highlighted. Pros 1. Property is spacious 2. Caretaker is helpful. 3. There is parking space available too (however it's little tight for a big car) 4. Hosts were responsive 5. My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

Well it’s not too posh place not too bad ! It’s just like your home with everything set right from refrigerator to AC to wifi ! Would be great if there is a television but rest all was great ! Also you have a dedicated parking ! Sometimes I was not able to reach either Priyanka / Chetan as the number said it’s switched off but they would respond in sometime ! I wanted to extend by few hours post checkout but Chetan was kind enough to accept ! It’s a great location in the prime of city and very near to the Mumbai - Blore highway which makes it really accessible

Had such an amazing stay at Paradise. Exactly like pictures and awesome ambience. Super neat and clean rooms. spacious with wadrobe and TV and the Host was Super responsive. Location is close to a park and market so everything is accessible. Would really recommend all to book this place, affordable and meets the expectations.

Priyanka's property is located in beautiful surroundings. Waking up in the morning with such a view is so blissful. The house help was really responsive and they made us an amazing dinner. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. ☺️☺️

value for money property, worth visiting, just that, the swimming pool equipments may not work depending upon availability of grid power impacting cleanliness of pool (which was a key attraction for me), pool can be used though using external nets for cleaning...

Super clean and amazingly architectured bungalow, Home is located in Panchgani, right next to Velocity entertainment park & cheese factory, Rustam Inn, 15 mins from Table land and 5 mins from Mapro Garden, which is very convenient. A super host Neela mam will get in touch with you right after booking, guide with the location & house rules, as this home reflects the host's creativity and passion to welcome people, every minute detail and needs of guests are fulfilled. Winters are the best season to visit (December 15th onwards, to get Strawberry 🍓 as this region is Strawberry capital of India) We preferred to eat home food provided by Sandeep (who wears multiple hats - the trip guide, care-taker, Food manager) He made our stay much comfortable, On demand Strawberries can be arranged by him at doorstep to avoid crowds in Market. A Bonnfire was arranged at night to keep everyone warm and with some good music, singing mood set at night, seriously we don't get these winter weather and ambience in Mumbai, urban areas. On a very happy node, with our minds refreshed to make a good start for 2022, we said bye to this amazingly beautiful place, but for sure to visit again soon.. It is a heaven at just 9k. The house is made so beautifully that you'll feel like you're in some foreign country. The arched french doors, the balcony, the flooring, the lights, the furniture... I just don't have enough words to describe how amazing the feel was. The electricity did go multiple times but they have a generator and was up in like one minute. The jacuzzi is just perfect on the balcony. The food was pretty great, very homely. And the sound system is so awesome you can hear it from any corner of the house. The picturesque location and views are just to die for. And Raunak was always there responsive and polite.

The location is great, the food cooked by Kisan and his wife was simple, and delicious! The place was super clean, and very convenient. Aparna has been really fast and clear in her communication. Would definitely recommend the place! Note that one of the three toilets is Indian style, whose convenience is subjective. Just wanted to put it out here for everyone. If you have senior citizens coming over, then something to keep in mind is the stairs to get to the front door of the house (roughly 12 ish) and then stairs to reach the two upstairs bedrooms (roughly 14).

We had a wonderful stay at Forest Hill Villa, Kikvi for a night with family. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for large groups, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The host Ghanshyam ji & Gaurav are very responsive and ensured a smooth experience throughout our stay. The villa is located in a peaceful, isolated setting, making it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It’s an excellent spot for those looking to unwind in a serene environment. The only regret we had was not visiting during the monsoon season, as the surrounding greenery wasn’t as vibrant in late February. Nevertheless, the villa itself provided a fantastic getaway experience, and we would love to return during the rains to fully enjoy the lush landscape. Highly recommended for large groups looking for a quiet and refreshing retreat! This property serves as a convenient stopover between Nashik and Kolhapur, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the journey.

Positives : Comfortable stay, great valley view, proximity to MAPRO Garden, highly dedicated caretaker - who is always available and providing all services On Time. Negatives : Communication with the caretaker is an issue. Further, Google Map Location need to be provided for easy navigation since it is very difficult to locate the place first time - especially during crowded weekend. Proper Toiletries need to be provided, Microwave Oven was not in working condition, Water Purifier does not work during power cut - which is quite often. No hot water available on 2nd day.

The property is in the German Bakery lane at Pune. Though the neighborhood was noisy all interesting places were near by. The big balcony was very good. Appartment was small but clean and functional.
