The apartment is located in the center of Jelenia Góra and is located on the 1st floor of a historic tenement house from the middle of the 18th century . The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, which ensures quietness. On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a store (its interior is worth seeing) of the WAWEL confectionery company, whose tradition dates back to 1898. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a tall mezzanine (with a double bed).

Two-storey apartment on the first floor of a one-storey house, in which there is also an apartment on the ground floor. Both apartments have their own independent entrances. The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Term, towards Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two people and a seating area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - you are welcome. :)

The bathroom is in concrete colors, with wooden furniture, a large mirror, stylish sink and fittings, a walk-in shower, and a washing machine.

Apartment Tomasza 5 is located in a detached house in a quiet area on the outskirts of the very center of Jelenia Góra. The location is an ideal starting point for exploring the Karkonosze Mountains or using the nearby bike trails. Two bicycles are available to our guests, which definitely broaden the possibilities of exploring the area and moving around the city faster. The greenery and garden, where you can drink your morning coffee, complete the atmosphere of the place

The apartment is located in a new building (in a gated area) with many amenities, an elevator, parking and a storage room. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, large wardrobe, double bed and sofa bed. There is a coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi and a balcony. The cozy apartment will allow you to have a pleasant rest, and the location of the facility will additionally improve access to various parts of the city in a short time. The apartment is located in the center of Jelenia Góra, on the top floor of a historic tenement house. A big advantage is the location, only 7 minutes walk to the old town. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious living room with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, separated by a wall. Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.
