Das Leben geniessen wie hanseatische Kaufleute kann man in unserem Haus von 1907, bei allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Arbeitsplatz und Nespresso helfen bei der Arbeit, die Lounge- und Sofaecke mit Fernseher (TV, Netflix) laden zum Entspannen ein, und für die Kinder gibt es einen Spielbereich direkt unterm Dach (mit Geheimversteck). Das geräumige Penthouse (90m2) ist über ein eigenes Treppenhaus jederzeit erreichbar. Zentral im Hamburger Westen ist man schnell an der Elbe und der S-Bahn.

The refuge is located next to the pedestrian zone Altona-Altstadt between a restaurant and a SHISHA BAR!!! They're sometimes loud! The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. No kitchen! The apartment is located in converted commercial premises. Housing protection number 23-0034073-24

Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Jürgensallee – 2nd floor

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

Quiet oasis – bright, green & beautiful

Dear guests, the apartment has a very comfortable double bed. For the third person, if it would be ok for you, I could provide a futonbet camping mattress. I warmly invite you to a quiet, very bright and green cozy apartment - close to the Elbe and two romantic parking spaces.🌿☀️ Please remember that the toilet room would be sometimes very narrow- 45 cm and the shower room would be 173 cm high. Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and the BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld you need not 4 minutes.

Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.
