The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Amenities include: seasonal community pool, dock for crabbing/fishing, & sound access. Parking for one vehicle. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

Crews Cottage on Roanoke Island (Outer Banks, NC)

Located in the forested dunes of Roanoke Island, Crews Cottage is attached to the main house of owners through a breezeway and screened porch. No steps! (See Accessibility section.) Approximately 1000 square feet in total size, it features a large private bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom/shower. The great room has a pullout sofa bed (full) and love seat bed (twin). Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.

You may literally walk out our driveway to 450 acres of hiking trails, sound-side beaches, kayaking, kiteboarding, etc. It's a 3-minute drive to the nearest beach access and some favorite local restaurants. The cozy location offers total privacy, facing into the woods with windows everywhere for lots of treetop filtered sunshine.

This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large kitchen, large living room, a game room, a wide porch with swing a table, and is pet-friendly! The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
