A spacious place suitable for families, with lots of room to spend time together. The house is built on two floors with a total of 160 square meters. The house has three bedrooms + an open sleeping space (everyone's favorite...), a protected space, a fully equipped and pleasant kitchen, a barbecue area, a fun gazebo in the summer, direct access to Beit Zeit Lake (2 minutes walk). The house borders a wadi and is full of nature all around, so you can take a walk straight from the house. There's a nice chicken coop, a wood-burning stove in the winter, a large, spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, the center of Jerusalem can be reached in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.

The house includes a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a green garden with a sitting area and the option of outdoor dining. The area is quiet, safe, and surrounded by nature, hiking trails, wineries, and restaurants. Jerusalem is a short drive away. This is our personal home, so the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and especially inviting for families.

In the event of an air raid alert, we go outside and walk about 20 meters to a well-equipped shelter built specifically for private homes in the area.

There is a synagogue in the moshav. In the house you can host families, workshops, retreats and small events.
