This cosy apartment (75m2) on the first floor of an apartments block near (5 mins by foot) jet d'eau and 20 mins from train station, is close to all trendy shops, restaurants and transports (tram stop Villereuse and bus stop 31 Décembre). Kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob and oven, bathroom with toilet and bathtub, bedroom with one queen bed. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults. Towels are included. No animals allowed.

You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
