Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! Our farm's only bnb, "The Roost," offers a clean, modern, & fun space to stay. Located in the lower walkout level of our home, it's similar to a suite. Offering 575 sq. ft. of private, clean, well maintained living quarters include, a kitchen, a cozy living space, w/twin sofa bed, & a spacious bed & bathroom. Chickens just outside your door to greet you a "rise & shine" morning & flowers everywhere. Our seasonal gardens are open for you to enjoy picking organic food, along with farm fresh eggs.

Horse Lovers Bunkhouse 2, 'Head Wrangler Cabin'

One of two cabins located on a working quarter horse ranch 4 miles south of Hot Springs. The Bunkhouse has a queen bed and a single bed in a separate room, a full bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi. We have facilities for guest horses. @ 35-50 horses on the ranch Abundant wildlife in the area which includes deer, turkeys, coyotes, foxes, bats, snakes , etc. The other cabin is listed under Bunkhouse.
