Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil Tropical Island Experience. 2 completely furnished Cabins with an amazing Hot Water Shower. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, + lots more. In the living room there’s a comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with preloaded apps and cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. The house sits on a shady private yard with many trees including mango, nance/craboo, guinep, banana, and a breadfruit tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Electricity is paid separately for stays 1 month or longer. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the premises nor are any guests not listed on the booking.

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
