We invite you to one of our 6 houses - the LAS house. It is part of a complex we have created with 2 swimming pools, a large common area, and a playground. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

A cottage on Lake Jeziorak (27 km long), on the edge of a forest – tranquility and nature right there, with attractions just a few minutes away. The beach and amenities in Maków (5 minutes by car), and also close to Iława with its restaurants and entertainment options. Simple and well-maintained interior: a bedroom and a living room with a dining area and two fold-out beds – ideal for a family or a small group. A patio for morning coffee, a private garden, and plenty of greenery. Perfect for a peaceful reset, away from the hustle and bustle of a resort.

Looking for a place where you can truly unwind? Welcome to our charming, year-round cottage, nestled in a secluded, picturesque wooded area, offering plenty of privacy and a spacious yard. Closest neighborhood approx. 200-300m away Guests have access to 2 bedrooms and a living room. However, there is nothing to prevent more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, and you can also pitch a tent in the yard). Pets are also welcome :) A private hot tub is available year-round.

The WODA house, from which, immediately after opening your eyes, guests will see an unforgettable view of the lake and meadow. It is normally designed for 9 people, but for larger groups, using the attic, it can accommodate an additional 5 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, toilet, bathroom and open kitchen. Upstairs there are three double rooms with double beds, one room with a double bed and one single bed and a bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped. The cottage area is fenced with a mini playground. Guests have access to a barbecue and a hot tub. The beach is an 8-minute walk away. In the village: bars, restaurants, shops, water equipment rentals, lookout tower, amphitheater. A perfect place for a comfortable stay.

Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. From the plot, you can take a water bike or paddleboard on a cruise on the longest lake in Poland, Jeziorak. A secluded huge plot for your exclusive use. You can swim in the outdoor pool, barbecue on the terrace, sunbathe on the sun loungers by the lake, play volleyball on your own court, or make a fire and sit at the table by the lake. You can also always relax with a book in the hammocks hanging in the woods

Year-round lake house

A summer house made of wooden logs, located on the lake, in the countryside - 20 km from Kwidzyn (Pomeranian Voivodeship). Guests have access to a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and the Internet. To have hot water in the cottage, you need to light the stove - wood will be at your disposal. In the summer season, this is not necessary, unless there are a few cloudy days in a row. The price also includes a boat and a kayak.

House in Masuria with a shoreline

An ideal place for people looking for peace and contact with nature on the one hand, and active recreation, conditions for water sports, hiking or cycling on the other. Lake Płaskie is covered by a quiet zone, surrounded by a lush forest complex of the Landscape Park full of numerous lakes and bicycle routes. The house is rented for weekly stays – from Saturday to Saturday. The day lasts from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

"Między Lasem a Jeziorem" is a modern, year-round cottage located on the edge of the forest in the picturesque village of Miłakowo. It's the perfect place for those looking for beautiful views and closeness to nature. The forest is a few steps from the cottage, and you can walk to the charming Lake Mildzie in about 15 minutes. There is also Lake Wuksniki nearby – one of the deepest lakes in Poland. In the evening, relax in the hot tub and sauna.
