There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting. Built in 1927 from Prussian brick, it still retains its original character and rustic simplicity. Restored and traditionally completed, it's the perfect getaway for people looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is separated into two separate farms and is offered approximately 120 square meters.
