A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a plot of 2500 m2, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The habitat is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

The facility we invite you to is a newly-commissioned, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.
