There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland, surrounded on all sides by natural lakes and forests. Immersing ourselves in the omnipresent nature of the region is deeply important to us, which is why we have positioned our six houses to ensure comfort and privacy for our guests. Expansive windows in the living room and a spacious terrace offer unique views, regardless of the time of day or season (the cottages feature a living room fireplace and central heating).

The MAZURY RESIDENCE estate is located on the shores of Lake Niegocin. The surroundings of the property from the north is undeveloped land, from the south is Lake Niegocin. There is no need to convince anyone about the fishing qualities of Masuria. Both amateurs and seasoned anglers will find their place on Niegocin. The possibility of fishing from the shore and from a boat, and in winter under the ice will satisfy every lover of this sport.

One day, her dad decided to make that dream come true and built her this house. It was 18 years ago, a year ago the cottage was renovated so that it could now enjoy others. I would like everyone to feel special here and find in themselves the little child who found the place of their dreams here.
