Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

We came to Hualien for a week and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.The apartment was neat and clean, the space was spacious, bright and clear, and the overall quality was exceptional.We loved its location, very convenient, the train station, restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores were all close and we could walk to a lot of places we wanted to go.Each room has a private air conditioner and fan, plus high ceiling picks to feel cool and comfortable.All the equipment, including the washing machine, worked very well.Before coming to Hualien, we were a little worried that the wet air would make it difficult to dry washed clothes, but drying clothes on the back balcony, there is always a very refreshing breeze, and the clothes dry quickly and dry and refreshing.The apartment is in a safe and quiet residential area.The hosts were very kind and thoughtful and made our trip to Hualien especially happy.This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in our travels in recent years.Highly recommended, definitely staying here next time in Hualien!

Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

The room is clean and is as good as advertised. Host was very responsive to inquiries (most chats were replied within < 5m). We had bad wifi connection in our room and they immediately installed a router. She was also very patient in communicating with us, even with our bad Mandarin. She helped us ordered taxi to places and we could contact her to help order another taxi back. All in all, highly recommended!

Wonderful hosts!!! . We were there during the earthquake and they checked immediately that we were ok. They then brought snacks for our long trip due to road closures. Very thoughtful! The place is a great place to stay. Very convenient and the beds are so comfortable. Thank you!

The homeowner himself is an interior designer who used the studio upstairs as an accommodation space and was attracted to the interior as soon as he entered, which turned out to be called "interior design".The owner was warm and friendly and offered to help us with our suitcases, the room was comfortable, the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom space was huge, and even the oversized bathtub, loved it overall and was very satisfied.

Miss Sofia was kind and gracious throughout my extended stay in the apartment. She responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion, always maintaining a courteous demeanor.

The owner is very good, helped me change the house of Hualien station in the city, the house is very beautifully renovated, two rooms are suitable for our two large and small two, the kitchen and toilet are fully equipped, and the overall feeling is very comfortable, the house may be in the city, it may be small, but the environment is quiet, and there is no noise.The owner was very quick to respond, and I asked questions, she will answer them all, and provide me with information for reference. I will rent here again if I travel to Hualien next time.

Because I wanted to change the listing, the host took the initiative to propose a change to the customer service. He is a great and patient host. The self-check-in experience has always been smooth, fast and private. Although it is not as elegant as a hotel, it is neat, clean and warm enough!

We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment! 🙏🏼✨

I had a great stay at this apartment, after making it inside. I couldn't find it at first, but that was because airbnb's English translation of the message did not include the address, even though it was there in the original message! Because of this, I was actually brought there by the owner via car and shown inside in person, which was absolutely top notch service and super helpful. Just how kind, responsive and helpful the owner is not only in person but also via messages would have me recommend this place, but aside of that it's also just generally a nice place to stay. Shower is good, bed is a bit stiff but I did sleep well and this is the only place I have stayed in the entire country where there was an installation to make the tap water drinkable, which was nice. Close to the station, very kind host and just overall good for the few days you need to explore Hualien. I was even offered to go swimming in the mountains together, but didn't have my swimming gear with me. 5/5

Very good place for friends of 7 to 8. We were a group of 7 friends and we enjoyed the stay over here.

This is the most satisfying place I have stayed in Hualien Tourism, the location is quiet, there are many shops near Hualien Gaoshang, and it is easy to walk and shop around.The room is tastefully furnished, the environment is neat and clean, the bath and toilet are also equipped with a washlet toilet, in addition to the coffee machine, there are coffee beans, good!It is worth to taste, there are also characteristics of the dispenser, in addition to the temperature of the ice, there are options for sparkling water, the TV has Netflix, the sound is also good, the number and brightness of the lights are satisfactory, the air purifier has the efficiency, the clothes hanger is very clean and enough, and the feel of the host to the guests, and I am very happy to recommend everyone to stay, I will definitely come back to play again next time.
