Excelente para mini vacaciones. La piscina no hace justicia a como es realmente en persona. Está hermosa y grande. La casa impecable. Me encantó en lo absoluto. El anfitrión se comunicó rápidamente cuando se le escribió. Dejo bastantes toallas, que en ocasiones no dejan lo suficiente. Me encantó todo, sin duda alguna volvería para mis próximas vacaciones. El área muy tranquila

The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

Without a doubt, the best decorated, best equipped, and all-around best best guest house we've stayed in in three decades of travel. Just when you think that she's thought of everything, you look around and discover something else she thought of that you never would have that makes your stay perfect.

Casa de Primo is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning views, and thoughtful details throughout the home. The saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, and private pickleball courts made it feel like our own personal resort. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, being so close to El Yunque and the beach was a huge bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and clearly take pride in creating a top-notch experience for their guests. You can feel the love and care they’ve poured into the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend Casa de Primo to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and a touch of paradise!

The place was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Amenities for everyone in the group. There was no getting board at this place. The outside kitchen and pool area was a huge plus. We enjoyed every bit of this house. Hosts were extremely helpful and answered within minutes when we had any questions or concerns. This will definitely be our place of choice whenever we return to Puerto Rico!!! Recommend 100%!

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

The farm was cute and a nice addition after being at El Yunque all day. We were able to shower and walk over to grab a pizza and some drinks and take a stroll on the farm. The hammock was nice to lay in at night and listen to the sounds of nature around us. The outside bathroom is larger than the one inside and also has warm water so I suggest that shower if you do not want to be cold. Cristina accommodated a late check-in since our flight was delayed and ensured we had plenty of lighting and that the place was nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!

Iris es una excelente anfitriona y sobretodo guardiana de un hermoso recinto. Tuvimos la oportunidad de realizar una convivencia de fin de semana con jóvenes y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Los jóvenes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de talleres, encargarse de tareas domésticas y sobretodo disfrutar de la piscina, el billar y las hamacas. Vimos como sus vínculos se fortalecieron al tener diversos espacios para compartir. Los cuartos son ideales para grupos grandes, están bien organizados y limpios. La cocina es espaciosa y posée los utensilios necesarios para hacer grandes cenas. Aunque la carretera principal queda cerca, no se sentía el sonido de los vehículos. Los alrededores tienen el suficiente verdor para amortiguar el ruido y refrescar las noches. La comunicación con Iris fue ágil y estuvo pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido una gran experiencia y queremos repetir el próximo año. Agradecidos.

My second time staying at Felipe's home. Relaxed place; great to meditate and explore near attractions like National Forest El Yunque, La Paseadora tour (riverboat), Carabalí Rainforest Park, Cabezas de San Juan, and others. There are also great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

What can I say the home was very beautiful, very clean, smell very good, clean sheets, the sheets smelled like downy, the host Nelly was great, very responsive. The first house we wanted to actually enjoy it.We loved it and definitely recommend 100/100

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for a peaceful time. The views are beyond beautiful and the home is very clean. The neighborhood has very narrow roads and it’s difficult to park at first but once you get used to it, it will be fine. Hosts were sweet!
