The first offers a double bed, a television, and plenty of storage space. The second room, ideal for children, is furnished with a smaller double bed and two single beds. Guests on this floor also have access to a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there is a themed room on this floor, serving as a cozy space for relaxing alone or spending time together. This room is equipped with a gramophone and a collection of records, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The cottage is located in close proximity to the forest in a semi-secluded area in the small village of Václavov. You will find absolute privacy and peace. The accommodation is suitable for year-round recreation for friendly families or a group of friends. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful sunny terrace. We have wifi, parking is right next to the house. In the garden you will find a covered seating area with a fireplace, barbecue, children's swings, slide, trampoline, bicycle shed. In summer, you can take both hiking and cycling trips around Czech Canada. The town of Slavonice is 7 km away.

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

During your stay, an oasis of peace and awakening awaits you while the birds sing. You can go to Hříběcí (1 km) or Horní Cerekva (5 km) to buy fresh pastries. In Horní Cerekva there is a beautiful flooded quarry, where you can swim in the summer or you can ride a bike along marked trails to many tourist destinations in the area and in the evening roast a sausage on the fire.
