I will stay was really nice. The customer Care was amazing. Everything went so smooth and I highly recommend the team that was available for us was very reliable. The place was really quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back when we have large groups.

We had a lovely family stay at Brittany's beautiful home. It is located a very walkable distance to local backpackers/restaurants and the neighborhood is very peaceful and comfortable. The house itself is lovely -- well-equipped with plenty of space and comfortable amenities. We would absolutely stay there again.

The place is in such a beautiful location! The lush garden is from another world. Hellen and all of the staff working there were so sweet, helpful and kind, they made the stay for us. My sister logged over 90 different birds during our 5 day stay, so if you like birds, don’t miss out. It is a rustic stay, but doesn’t lack in space and amenities. Host was super responsive to anything we needed help with.

We stayed at the Heart Bay Cottages for 2 nights. When you walked down the garden (huge garden-- nice for kids), you will find a beautiful view on the nile. We were welcome by Hope and Alex who work there and are very friendly and helpful. They will help with anything you need. We love the attention given to the guest - we found a fruit basket, bread, butter waiting for us on top of the other available condiments. The place was clean, towels, bed sheets, blankets all available. There is some chairs at the front where you can relax in peace and quiet. The Wifi works perfectly. We went for a walk around the place and loved the surrounding. You can easily access activities such as Rafting/Quad etc (Nile River Explorer can even come and pick you directly from there in the event you make the quorum required). We had friends staying 500m away and we were all picked from nearby. John is very very responsive and checks on you prior and during the stay.

This home is so beautiful, I stayed here with my big family of 9 adults and 7 children and it served us perfectly. Everyone has a comfortable bed to sleep on, our kids enjoyed the spacious house and the outdoors. We had an Easter egg hunt and it was so much fun with the great outdoors. It’s right by the river, we enjoyed the river view. It had hot showering water which I didn’t expect really. The kitchen was spacious and all the ladies of the family fit in well. I am looking to book it for Christmas for my family again if possible because it’s just perfection. The staff is so helpful and so polite ! We didn’t want to leave.

A home away from home, the surrounding was peaceful and quite. Upon checking the spotless ness wasn’t to be missed, highly recommendable and you will always have alot of space for your friends and family as it has ample room.
