入住、當天如果沒有其他房客退房，可以早早入住。 *內部設備都以ㄧ般家庭實用為主，盡量如一般住家的方便。 *全部純棉寢具換洗消毒乾淨，傢具地面窗戶無灰塵。沙發都有定期清洗。讓大家住得安心。 *電器都有貼紙使用說明。 *床位都有電源插座、置物櫃。隨身手機皮包有得放置充電。但要自己準備轉接台灣插座。 *每2人1房。每房都有大窗，通風陽光舒適。 *有洗衣機可以洗衣，2晾衣棚［都有擦乾淨］晾乾即可。下雨天：自助洗衣店就在旁邊巷道內，走路2分鐘就到，烘衣機夠大台，速度快，6人當天的衣服30分鐘就乾。樓下就是7～11、全家便利商店，出門就是熱鬧繁華的西門町。這裡是大台北地區的中心，離西門捷運站1號出口340公尺，到哪裡都很方便，交通費用也很便宜。
