Very conveniently located! The building in an older area of the city, but great neighborhood feel. Tasty restaurants just a few meters away too! Instructions were clear and helpful, also great recommendations from the host. Couldn’t ask for anything more, we would definitely stay here again!

I had a chance to meet A.K. during the checkin and he was friendly and gave clear instructions. I stayed at AK’s place for more than a week and as a solo traveler and also a first timer in Taiwan, I felt the place very homey. The unit was clean and spacious, and very near to ximending, mrt, and famous local restaurants. Highly recommended 👍✨

Great location and the space was amazing! just the right size for two people for a few days and we had everything we needed including kitchen, laundry and hard to beat the value for price paid. Super responsive host and proactive with information for check in and check out. Five stars.

離捷運站很近，自行辦理入住即可，既是新公寓又有電梯和電子鎖，非常滿意，住了五天沒有遇到任何不便。 有洗衣機也有提供洗衣球非常方便，雖然沒有烘衣機有點可惜。 衛浴有浴缸很舒服，有提供洗髮精跟沐浴乳但沒有潤髮乳，要記得自備。 附近就有許多美食名店和便利商店，距離各觀光景點也不遠，推薦！

Maggie’s place is perfect. Great location, very close to bus stops, restaurants, and the Taipei main station. It really is in the heart of Ximending.

My friend and I had a great time staying at Yumi's place. We had to book for a convention over the weekend and Yumi's place was easily accessable and a very good value for the price. It was close to the MRT station, which expanded our range to tour around beautiful places and nice restaurants. The room was plain and simple, but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean, spotless and had hot water as an option. We would definitely book again in the future. Thank you Yumi.

Clean and cozy apartment in a great area of Taipei. Jessie was also a wonderful host. Would recommend!

We felt very safe and at home during our stay. The building has 24-7 security, a short walk to Zhongshan Station (red line) and close to many restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies. This particular home is located on a street with nightlife and restaurants that open late, and sometimes the cooking smells would come into the unit which was a minor inconvenience when we wanted to open the window for some fresh air. Notable to this place is its indoor climate control tech which helped us acclimate to Taiwan's humidity much easier, as we come from relatively dryer climate. Loved the washer/dryer! We did not find the heating function available on the AC unit itself, just dehumidify, however we were able to make do with the dryer function in the bathroom by opening the door and letting the heat out on colder days. The host was very responsive, and we felt we were able to reach out and get a quick response to our questions. Overall an exceptional stay!

숙소 - 쾌적함 이렇게 제 집처럼 편안한 숙소는 처음이었습니다. 사진보다 실제 공간이 훨씬 더 넓습니다. 한국 아파트 기준 약 35평 이상 정도 평수에 넓은 방 두 칸으로 되어있어 매우 쾌적합니다. 성인 4인 정도 지내기에 최적화 되어있으며, 영유아 1-2인까지도 추가로 지낼 수 있을 정도의 공간입니다. 화장실이 두 칸이라 아침의 번잡함도 훨씬 줄어들고, 양쪽 욕실 거리가 멀어 서로 프라이버시도 보장됩니다. 거기에 한적한 현지인들 거주지라 소음이 거의 없어 정말 편안한 수면이 가능했습니다. 매트리스 및 침구도 좋았습니다. 통풍도 매우 좋아 5월 첫째주 우기 여행임에도 에어컨 없이 숙소에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아주 새것같은 상태의 집은 아니지만, 매우 훌륭하게 관리가 되어 있어서 아늑하고 편안합니다. 위치 - 실용적 주변 곳곳 도보 가능한 거리에 현지인들이 이용하는 식당이 있어 따로 찾아다니지 않고도 맛있는 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 구글맵 이용을 추천드립니다. 편의점도 골목 입구에 있고, 과일 가게도 근처에 있습니다. 대만에 오시면 위스키를 많이 구입해 가시는데 훌륭한 주류 가게도 주변에 여럿 있고, 무엇보다 MRT에서 매우 가까우며 쇼핑몰 밀집 구역도 도보로 조금만 가면 됩니다. 도보로 인한 여행 피로도를 현저히 줄일 수 있습니다. 호스트 - 친절 직접 공항에서 숙소까지 오는 벤을 예약해주셨을 뿐만 아니라, 입구에 마중나와 친절히 맞이해주셨습니다. 비행기가 연착되어 더운 날씨에 오래 기다리셨을텐데 너무 감사했습니다. 영어로 의사소통이 잘 되셔서 한국분들도 편안하게 이용이 가능합니다. 체크인부터 안내사항이 매우 명료하고 간결하여 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 다음 번 가족여행 때 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Had a great stay here. The unit is modern and looks exactly like the photos. The layout is well-designed and it's great to have a small kitchen. The location is very convenient with a subway stop a short walk away, countless restaurants (including at least 3 breakfast places) within 1-2 blocks, and a supermarket a few minutes away. It is also near a busy main shopping street with large chain stores. There were A/C units that were powerful in each of the rooms. The bathrooms had nice glass-enclosed showers. The bedrooms were very quiet with no street noise. The WiFi was reliable but not any faster than the unlimited cellular data plans we had. Wennie is extremely responsive to any questions and a wonderful host. Would highly recommend this property!

Mia’s place was quiet and very cozy. Perfect place for a jet-lagged family. We didnt use the kitchen, but it was very well equipped with good quality and clean electric appliances. Bed and shower was excellent with perfect pressure. Pillow was too high for our liking. Baby cot and high chair provided. The washing machine and dryer was very helpful! Mia provided washing liquid as well. It really felt like living at home with everything ready. The mosquitos…we were also very careful but on the second day realized the problem was that dozens of them were keen on staying on/around the front door, and impossible to prevent them from flying in while opening the door to get in. Our solution was spraying the insecticide provided before opening the door. We did that only once on the second day and did not have any problems thereafter. Mia also provided mosquito nets. Overall a very good stay and definitely recommended.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement de Johnny dans Xindian. Comme c’était notre première visite à Taïwan, nous ne connaissions pas le quartier mais voici ce que l’on a aimé: 1. appartement très beau et spacieux et bien équipé. Habitation très confortable avec une place de stationnement dans le garage. 2. pleins de petites attentions qui nous ont facilité la vie : les capsules nespresso pour la cafetière, les notes très claires pour tout. 3. parc linéaire du Bitan le long de la rivière juste derrière l’appartement, ce qui invite à l’activité physique, c’est très agréable. 4. balcon du salon très spacieux d’où on pouvait admirer la rivière à toute heure de la journée, incluant les nageurs et joggers matinaux, et les rameurs de kayak et bateaux-dragons, et les spectacles de lumières le soir. 5. l’appartement est située dans une rue qui est un marché local et qui compte aussi un magasin family mart très pratique. 6. il est à quelques minutes à pied du métro qui nous amène n’importe où.

This listing is located in a peaceful location yet close to the subways and main street. The listing was easy to locate in a relatively peaceful location. We loved how the listing was well equipped with a lot of amenities and provided travelling quests with essential items such as the Electric Airpot(Hot water dispenser), additional pillows, blankets etc. All these were extremely helpful in the cold weather. The feel and decor is cozy and allow us to feel relaxed when we are back. Host was exceptionally friendly and good to communicate with. Requests for items such as Tissue boxes were addressed promptly the next morning. Host also dropped by to pass on snacks and drinks for the New Year Eve which added to the great hospitality that we received. Great house, Great location and Great host :)

I stayed here for 5 days with my two elderly parents, and we had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing, with two bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, and a washing machine. It’s located right above a mall and very close to Taipei Main Station, which made it super convenient to get around, including easy access from the airport and to the MRT. There are tons of food options nearby, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and hot water was always available. Despite traveling with elderly parents, we didn’t face any issues, everything was smooth and accessible. The host was fantastic, very communicative, responsive, and flexible, always ready with helpful suggestions and clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasant experience to stay at Ann’s place. The only thing I wish it was better was the sound proof. We can hear other people talking. But we still enjoy our time there, thank you.
