Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Vakkerbo is half of a semi-detached house located in Skorstad on beautiful Otterøya. Vakkerbo gives you access to a large porch with a sea view. Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the closest neighbor and beautiful rocks that belong to the property. Otterøya offers great hiking possibilities, both on foot or by bike. A nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Upon request, the entire house can be rented - great for larger groups.

The cabin is built with high standard and is fully equipped. A 5 min walk from the cabin is Storjuvika with possibilities for bathing and boat life. For an addtional fee you can rent a boat with 15hp engine. The area is super for fishing, kayak, bathing and hiking.
