The house is super well equipped, it has everything you need. The rooms are good and everything was organized. For being in a small condominium the houses were built very close to each other, so it takes away some of the privacy. It's a good place to stay in the black mountain range.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great, very comfortable and well cared for. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was impeccable, perfect for relaxing. Just a little detail: some items in the kitchen were not exactly as in the pictures, but nothing that hindered our experience. I chatted directly with Diego so that some minor adjustments are made to improve the guest experience. We definitely intend to go back again!

The house itself is spectacular. It doesn't make you want to leave there ever. All organized, all the necessary utensils available, bedding, towels, everything! Clean pool, all too nice. The location is great too, the street is super calm but soon there is an avenue that goes to various markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super solicited and pleasant to talk about. So everything was perfect. We love it too much!

We found the house exactly as stated in the listing. The rustic decor along with beautiful landscaping, lighting and climate in the area, make it even more inviting the evening for a family encounter. Everything in very good taste and impeccable organization. Bed and bath linen very clean and of good quality. Mr. Isnaldo always very quick and kind in the answers, leaving our stay very quiet. And we were also greeted in the chek-in with an ice-cream, chocolate for the kids and candles. In short, all very quiet. We hope to visit other times.

We stayed at Gustavo's house between June 13 and 15 and the experience was excellent! From the beginning, all doubts were clarified in advance, which left us very calm, even without knowing the region. Access to the house was simple and the entire stay went without a hitch. The house is great: cozy, well-equipped and very pleasant. My whole family loved the atmosphere! I highly recommend it and we definitely want to come back at the next opportunity.

The house is great and very clean. Communication with the host is quick and easy. The condominium staff are helpful. As for the environment: great rooms, with wardrobe and clean and new bedding. The bathrooms are excellent. The fact that the house is in front of the courts is a positive differential. We felt that even with 4 couples, there was space in the house, both to socialize together and to have individual moments.

The house is very wide and comfortable, being a few steps from the main equipment of the condominium, such as a heated swimming pool, sauna, playground and soccer field. The rooms (all suites) were also clean and comfortable and accommodated 8 well. It has a nearby market that meets basic needs, which also delivers typical lunches of the region. The view from the house to the mountains is also exactly what we were looking for, a very beautiful landscape in a quiet condominium to spend days of relaxation. The improvement points are for the refrigerator, a little small for the amount of people that the house supports and some specific details of bed and bath facilities.
