Otway Eco Retreat

JaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A very last minute booking (midnight the night before!) but exactly what we needed to give our brains a break. The house and surrounds are beautiful and our hosts were very responsive (confirmed by 7:30am the morning after we booked) and so helpful with requests for information about local dog walks and activities. Thank you. We will be back.

The Perfect Cabin in Nature

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
An unforgettable stay! The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Surrounded by sweeping views to the north, east, and west, and backed by a towering, tree-covered hill, it felt like our own peaceful world. The only sounds were the wind in the trees—completely serene. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail made our stay really comfortable. We were able to drive right up, but if you don’t have an AWD/4WD, be prepared for a bit of a hike from the gate—it’s steep! That said, the effort just makes the destination feel even more special. Highly recommend if you're after peace, nature, and a touch of magic.

Hideaway Cottage - Secluded Retreat - Pet Friendly

RosemaryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Sharon’s place was peaceful private and had beautiful lush green surroundings. The house is cozy clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable, clean linen and towels. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy with lots of firewood. The property feels remote even though it’s just 20 mins from Apollo bay. and having no Wi-Fi or phone reception made it feel like a really peaceful getaway. We had fun exploring the property playing board games by the fire swinging on the swing outside and making pizzas in the wood fired pizza oven.

Escape to a serene countryside haven

Melinda's cottage was the perfect weekend getaway! I visited for a cosy girls weekend with my bestie. Melinda was a kind and thoughtful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. Simpson is not far from the Twelve Apostles, Gorge Chocolates and an hour away from Warrnambool. It's a great location if you're looking to explore.

Killala Loft, rejuvenate & relax

Ahmad QusyairiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The experience of staying at Kim’s was exactly what we hoped for. We were looking for a place away from the city, smack in the middle of nature, to sit back, relax, and just unwind, and this place was a godsend. It’s the kind of place that leaves you wondering, “how did the day go?”, and you know instantly that it was so well spent, even though it was just lounging around. The place is cozy and homey, makes you feel all wrapped up. I would recommend bringing a book because, to quote my wife, “it is *the* place to read as long as you want!” The outdoors invite you for relaxation just as much as the indoors. Kim is a wonderful host. Warm, friendly, and kind. Simply a wholesome person. She made us feel so welcome. She is generous with her sharing of the place, and we enjoyed getting to know about it as well as the animals that joyfully roam around. Even on the night of our stay, we already thought about coming back. And so we shall :)
