Family-friendly holiday rentals in Johnson County

It was wonderful. Cozy, great location, spacious, and clean. My wife and I would stay again!

This is a beautiful property, secluded and private. Our group of 10 ladies (and 2 littles) found it to be a perfect place to reconnect for our Girls Getaway weekend! There were lots of places to sleep and it was really nice to have 2 kitchens available! We enjoyed the rope swing! The weather was too warm during our stay to use the sauna or hot tub but we wish we could have! Ken was a great and friendly host! He came immediately and fixed a couple of small issues that arose! We were enjoyed our time here!

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed at Sycamore Hill as part of a work trip and it was an excellent alternative to staying at a hotel. The home is set on a hill with beautiful view while the home itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. At the end of a long day of work, coming in the door felt like coming home. Mike was an excellent and communicative host, giving us advice on local things to do and generally was an extremely interesting fellow with many stories to tell. I look forward to staying at Sycamore Hill again when we are back in the area.

We loved our stay here. It was quiet and private and literally minutes to downtown. The house was beautiful with lots of room to spread out. We will definitely be back.

Very cute place. It looked just like the pictures. Very clean and organized. Lots of space and very cozy. Lots of restaurants nearby. We love to bike and the Monon Trail was a few blocks away. Perfect place to stay. If we visit Indianapolis again we would consider staying here again!

This is a lovely home in a very safe area. A close drive to the convention center. Andrew is a great host and even accomodated a late check out for us when our travel plans changed. Visit Tappers arcade bar up the road for some fun while here. Thanks for a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Oasis! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the convention center without even stepping outside, thanks to direct access through the skyline. Super convenient! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s very spacious, with two large bedrooms and all the amenities you could need. Whether you're working or relaxing, this place feels like home. Getting around downtown was a breeze—scooter-friendly streets made it fun and easy to reach grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions. To top it all off, the host was fantastic—very friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. If you're visiting the area, this is the place to be!

We had a great stay at Josie and Rob’s when we came into town for the Fever game. Josie was very responsive and so kind when talking with her. I would definitely recommend staying here, it is so close to everything, we felt very safe and were able to bring our dog along! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

The house was perfect for our large family gathering for the Indy 500. Very roomy and easy to spread out, with spacious updated kitchen. The photos, however, showed a beautifully landscaped yard with flower pots; for our late-May visit, the grounds appeared to be starved for spring clean-up. But if you want a big spacious home and yard, in a quiet area easily accessible to downtown and 465/70/65, with privacy, this is for you. Hosts were wonderful.

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

I stayed at Aimee's Gorgeous home for the INDY 500 Weekend... Loved the neighborhood - Safe - Clean - and a nice open park like area right across the Street.... Amenities were Top Notch - Aimee was extremely helpful with nearby Restaurants within waking distance that were fabulous, she was extremely responsive and her follow up was incredible ! Gourmet Kitchen with every possible amenity !!! Plenty of Street Parking, Super Comfortable beds, and a very nice Private backyard area with a patio area. I will be back the next time I am in INDY.... Don't think twice......If you are staying in Indy Book this Fabulous Home Today !

Just Wow!! I needed a place to call home for a few months and I hit the jackpot with Sivan‘s cozy, comfortable and welcoming home! Not only was it beautifully decorated, she had every amenity you could ever imagine. ( even a garlic press and tiny spoons to stir your coffee:) Truly a gem in historic fountain Square! Sivan is beyond amazing and answered any questions efficiently and effectively! I rented a lot of Airbnb’s all over the world, and this one felt the most like a true home!

We loved staying here! Great location - close to everything, cute neighborhood and right across from a park for our kids. Inside was decorated beautifully and had tons of thoughtful amenities, especially for families. You could tell we were hosted by a pro. Christina was super responsive and proactive. We'd love to stay there again!

Had a lovely family trip to Indianapolis. Loved being across the street from a park for the granddaughter and a pool to splash around in when it was sunny. Great to have our space right next to my daughter and her family's space.
