worth thr price point, clean and nice.

This place is great. But if you're driving here, it's hard to find a place to park because they don't provide you a spot to park inside the guarded gate. Host was very late to respond. Had to ask for AirBnb support just to find the host's number. Check in instructions are also weird. The key card they provide you only unlocks the lobby door. But the digital door lock into the unit acts crazy once in a while. Was locked out of the unit because everytime I type in the numbers it's pressing other numbers until the point the system was locked for a few minutes. I was really pissed off even the owner of the unit told me to wait for a few minutes as well. On the day of check out, host promised me to refund the deposit on the day of checkout but was still late to respond. P.S, this review is edited. After I posted my honest review, host has threatened me to delete my review and will not refund my deposit unless I delete my review. This is literally harrasment. I don't recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive, providing speedy replies and accommodating our special requests with ease. Their friendliness made us feel truly welcome. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Great place

The environment is great, quiet, beautiful scenery, good air, thoughtful service, very warm, very warm. The space in the apartment is large. Our family lives very comfortable, the facilities are also full. The hygiene is also good. All in all, we are very satisfied. It is worth staying!

The place was clean, very nice view, definitely worth it

Amazing place. We spent a week there and it's a very special place. JB is a great host and the facilities were a lot better than we expected. It was an easy journey from KL and the week was about as relaxing and pleasant as they come. Food was genuinely exceptional for the price. Highly highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing get away with some great fishing thrown in for fun.

My second deal with Tracy. She is very helpful when the door locked can't open in midnight and she helped me with a new passcode and even tried to look for technician for help. Thanks so much Tracy. You have a kind heart ♥️

recommended host !!! 5 star service !!!

The only setback is the location a bit secluded, so need to travel 5-10 minutes to restaurants. But we don't mind that. Love the unit, spacious & kids friendly. The balcony overlooking the swimming pool is very relaxing. My kids love the swimming pools. It would be a major + if the unit is at ground floor, coz will be only few steps to pool. Private beach is clean, with swings and the famous stairway. But if you are planning to swim in the beach, you need to walk a bit like 80m-100m coz maybe the tide was low during our visit. But still the walk on the beach was enjoyable, and the kids collected bucket full of hermit crabs. Of coz we released them back to sea afterwards ~hehe~ Facility wise, the residences does look worn out, but the unit is good. Internet tv with Netflix & Youtube. Aircons in both bedrooms. Kitchen was clean will usable utensils & dinnerware. And they also provide night lamps with Quranic verses (major thumbs up). Definitely will repeat for us!

Very comfortable place to stay for family with young kids. House and is spacious, fully airconditioned, nice view from balcony. The kitchen also fully equipped, able to cook simple dish. Kids love the swimming pool too

Nice & perfect for couple

Reservations were last minute but host was extremely responsive and PDF given had clear cut instructions. There was 1 part though, where the PDF said there we would be given a QR code but there was no code given to me. I had to just call host at the Guard House and then security could let me in. Other than that confusion, everything was easy to understand. There was a sew view but you really had to turn to see but nonetheless it was such an amazing view we just had to stay in the house more cuz it was such a vibe The down? funny? side was that the shampoo and soap were too high for my friend who is super short so she couldn’t reach it ahahah but other than that all is good. got snacks in kitchen also there’s only 1 remote for like 3/4 aircons (last one uses a different remote cuz diff brand) and that aircon not really super cold but it was alright cuz the diff brand aircon was and actually made the entire house cold would defo book again

we stayed in James's place for a 4 weeks, and we really enjoyed the stay there, the place was clean and had almost everything we needed. the location was also very nice, close to the mall and the beach. even though we had a little difficulty to check-in due to our late arrival at 2am... anyway James came to us to apologize the next day and he's been very kind to us during the stay, thank you very much!

Location Location Location

As usual, always a top choice for me when I'm looking for a short stay at Johor. The staffs are always approachable and responsive. Definitely provided an extra mile of service. Strongly recommended.

All in all a top location, directly at the beach. The corals where in front of the cabin and i enjoyed the swim with the colourful fishes. The seawater is very clean, thats what i was there for, clean beach and clean water. Hard to find in asia. There are many restaurants around and 125cc scooters to hire, which made my day…riding up and down the beach road twice a day.

5/5 STARS!!!!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 2 nights ,and i must say , it was an exceptional experience! The apartment was immaculately clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was the best. Just around 1 minute walk to the beach . There is a small cafe if you need drinks or food for breakfast. The nasi lemak was awesome. We also manage to play our own fireworks near the beach .The kids love it. The apartment itself was spacious , my kids love the place . I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable convenient and stress free stay.

Great host. Easy to communicate and ever ready to respond to my messages. House is amazing with 3 beds and i noticed there is also a foldable mattress if you ever need one. Aircon is cold which is good cause you maintained it. But just a side note, the whole kitchen floor is abit sticky with water spots. Maybe can try double check after mopping. TV and 1 aircon remote seems to be not working. Probably one is faulty and the other battery low. And door entrance system is on low battery. Pretty sure Host will look into it. else, everything is good and amazing. go for this home. Thank you!
