For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

The house is beautiful, very well equipped and is a very clean and organized house, we appreciate the owner's attention and willingness to answer all our doubts, congratulations.

Excellent location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I mentioned to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, with 1 duvet that had holes. Broken glass box in the social bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

The stay was great and the host was always very attentive to every detail, I would definitely come back more often!!

Joice loved its very beautiful and neatly organized space too. Perdendo returned more often , there is a beach very close to 15 me beautiful beach with several stalls with food and seafood fish I loved , the very quiet apartment is residential, every night we walk with my very quiet Pet Av. Lots of things didn’t work in the place the sound system the projector the sauna the heather in the pool. I recommend host fixing it ASAP

Chalet very tasty, with everything necessary, privacy, hydro, many birds and comforting noise of the water in the pond. The place is even more beautiful in person, all very clean, and it's easy and quick to get there. The trail is not for beginners or sedentary, but if you can get up there, you can be dazzled by the view of the region. Seu Luiz and very helpful wife. The apartment is comfy and cozy. Kitchen complete with all utensils. The room has a great TV with a full range of channels. Room with a comfortable bed and brand new air conditioning. Large garage and it is practically attached to the apartment. Finally, the condominium is on a very quiet street and is very safe. Congratulations on the space.
