Beautiful 2-story house, with a privileged height on its land that with its large windows offers incomparable views of Lake Tequesquitengo. Garage for 4 cars. House with pool, hot tub (optional), at extra cost, surrounded by gardens, barbecue area, has a bluetooth speaker. TV with Sky and Netflix as well as Wi-Fi throughout the areas. At the foot of the lake you will find a Beach Club almost in front of us, where you can rent water sports. Jardines de Mexico 10 minutes away.

A private pool is surrounded by a stone wall that reflects sunlight gently. The vibrant purple blooms of bougainvillea add color to the scene, while a sunshade offers a spot to relax. Clear blue water invites swimming under the bright blue sky.
