Cozy and fresh apartment right in central Jokkmokk. 100 meters to bus station, grocery store, Circle K, restaurants, shopping etc. Walking distance to museum, mountain garden, electric light track, swimming area (summer time), ski track (winter time). Parking on yard with carport and engine heater. The apartment has two rooms, kitchen and a WC with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is the possibility of additional beds for a fee of 500 SEK/bed and night. Possibility to use laundry room.

The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

A great place to view the Northern Lights Sep to April and Midnight sun in June. We can provide information for snowmobile and dog sledge tours. Great for photography with particularly good light. Nordic skiing equipment free to use on trails round the village.(Provided we have your size). Warm clothing available if needed. Restaurant will open14/6/22-13/08/22 10am-6pm daily. Newly built and cozy cottage in the middle of Kåbdalis Ski lifts with proximity to ski slope, cross-country skiing tracks, ice fishing, water and much more. Just a few minutes walk you will find restaurants, shop, ski lift and much more that Kåbdalis offers. Swimming area is located in the middle of Kåbdalis village. NOTE! The restaurant is closed from May to November. The store is open 24 hours a day with Mobile BankID.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
