We are Adela and Manuel: Manuel is 66 years old, retired, and I have 57 years, we are almost all day at home. We have five years of experience hosting tourists. We have two children, but do not live with us. We are very quiet people, we like to chat with friends, watch movies, play sports. We love having housed, share our culture, as is the food and that people feel at ease, as in your own home. Accommodation includes burglar alarm and keys for each room. We have hot water 24 hours a day. There are also filter water to drink. There washing machine to wash your clothes-housed. You can use the kitchen to prepare food. From our house you can see the city with a great view of the three volcanoes, Misti, Chachani y Pichupichu. If the room indicates "busy" we have three ads where you can book. The room size is 9 square meters. It is possible to provide dinner for a fee of $ 3.00. We help to stay orienting on what you need. Very near the house there are shops, restaurants, cinemas and shopping center. Arequipa is a beautiful city with a beautiful and sunny weather most of the year, the climate is dry and mild, sunny day and cold at night, with an average temperature of 20 ° C. There are many tourist spots in the city, and other cities as the Colca Canyon. The people are very welcoming to tourists. The property is located in the city center, a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The Cottage Residential neighborhood is Cabaña María. You can walk to the main square in 20 minutes. If you want you can also go by bus or taxi (the fee of taxi is 5 soles). Public transport is 50 meters away from the house. We wait for you!

My property is very well located in the centre of Arequipa. The miniapartament is located in the third floor of my Hostel, so you could have everyday breakfast included. Historical places, restaurants, museums, banks, supermarkets and everything is near by. Also, the area is safe to walk and you will find taxis at the door and buses in the corner. Parking is available in the building; however, you must reserve a parking space before arrival. I´ll be happy to help you in anything you need.

We had a great stay at Angely's home. The appartement is in Yanahuara district, about 7 minutes (by taxi) far away from plaza de armas. The room was spacious and new (good beds), we had our own huge bathroom and even a living room. Everything was tidy and clean. Angely was a great host. She was always there for us; we could call her at any time; we got breakfast; she even picked us up from the bus station. We can definetely recommend to stay here.

Jose Luis always showed himself as a very friendly person. Unfortunately upon arrival in Arequipa. We noticed that the site is located very far from the tourist area, so we decided to stay somewhere else. If you are like us and prefer something more central, maybe you should evaluate another option.

Our stay at Cecilia's was really nice. She responded quickly and was flexible concerning our time of arrival and check-out. Cecilia is a very kind person and invited us for a family tea/dinner and we had some nice conversation. Everything was sparkling clean and we could use the washer. There also is an adorable french bulldog lady with puppies. Cecilia organised safe parking for our van close by. We would definitely stay with Cecilia again!

Nice double room in a hotel

We are currently traveling through Peru with the rental car. For Arequipa, we chose this accommodation because the description of the parking space for the car appealed to us. We were warmly welcomed at the accommodation (hotel). The room and bathroom were also very clean and as described. There is also warm water. The breakfast was also very tasty and there was something for everyone. (Very friendly service) As we learned in most of the Unzerkünfte in Peru, the soundscape is not the quietest, but it did not bother us. All in all a highly recommended place to stay. Thanks again 🙏

The place is very nice, you live the experience of living in a historical monument. It is centrally located, very close to the main square and the pedestrian walkway, there are restaurants nearby, pharmacies and various businesses. It's quite clean, the bathroom in the room is impeccable, as are the bedding and the room in general, plus the place is quite nice and friendly.

Hotel has clean rooms, hot water for showers, complete breakfast from 7-9am. They’ll offer small bagged snacks if you have to leave earlier. Luggage storage available if you are going on a tour. Hot water and tea available in the afternoon. Staff were really nice.

Great B&B walkable to the whole old city of Arequipa. The best buffet breakfast I’ve had in Peru, by far! Very friendly 24/7 staff who helped us arrive at 5:30am and leave at 3am. Kind enough to let us check in at 6am and sleep a bit, then take breakfast the day we arrived since we couldn’t the next morning. This is the perfect spot to stay in Arequipa for a quick visit and comfy hotel.
