Holiday rentals with a pool in Juan Dolio

Mi estadía en la casa de Julio fue excelente. La casa estaba impecable, muy limpia y con todo lo que necesitaba para sentirme cómoda y tranquila. Todo está en excelente estado, y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Me encantó la privacidad y tranquilidad del lugar. Además, Julio fue un anfitrión muy atento, siempre disponible y pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. ¡Recomiendo su hospedaje sin duda!

Bienvenido nos hizo sentir como en casa, la estadía fue asombrosa, repetiré solo para quedarme en este lugar nuevamente.

"I had a wonderful stay at Valencia’s villa.The location was perfect and peaceful making it easy to get around and explore the area. The food options nearby were great, loved the fish and plantains😋 adding to the overall experience. La villa es muy cómoda , ubicada en un complejo muy seguro , todo está muy limpio y en su lugar , la cocina perfectamente equipada , no le falta nada . La Sra Frances es muy buena anfitriona , responde rápidamente. El lugar es perfecto para compartir en familia , acogedor , seguro para los adultos mayores , los niños y las mascotas , pasamos un fin de semana muy agradable 😃😎

The host was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. I didn't like the request to send copies of my US IDs for the security team at the gate to verify my identity. I do not believe it would be safe for anyone to do that. Therefore, I recommend simply notifying security that a guest is coming and that they must present an ID to enter the building. I refused to send my ID. Besides that, the place was quiet, pleasant, and private, perfect for what I went there for. Thank you for hosting me!

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con Mariana fue excelente. Siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos. Su hospitalidad hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. El apartamento superó todas nuestras expectativas, como se ve en las fotos es exactamente; impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todos los detalles pensados para hacernos sentir como en casa. La ubicación era perfecta frente a la playa, muy tranquila pero cerca de todo, y el lugar tenía una energía tan acogedora. Se nota que Mariana cuida cada rincón con cariño y dedicación. Sin duda, volveremos Gracias por todo!

Jessica was really kind and communicative throughout our stay. My favorite part about the space is the balcony. The view is beautiful from the bedroom. The ocean view is very serene.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this home. The host went above and beyond our expectations. The welcome basket along with drinks and all the needed staples were wonderful after a long day of travel with no time for groceries. The home was perfectly located within 2 minute golf card ride to the beach club, 10 minutes to the marina and in close proximity to world class golf and horse back riding. The staff was spectacular. Dominga and Fannie were wonderful and made the best breakfast and kept the house immaculate. Julio the groundskeeper did a great job. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful balcony and pools, well equipped kitchen. We were spoiled and it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The host was friendly and responsive. Everything went smoothly — I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Beautiful villa! Casa de campo is always the best of the best. Fabio and Norby were fantastic! They made our stay very smooth and made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this beautiful peaceful villa again.

Our week-long stay at Laura's home in La Romana was an unforgettable experience. The property is located in a quaint and quiet community that is only a short distance from most of the must-see attractions and island activities, which allowed for quick access to everything we wanted to do via golf cart, so it never took more than 15 minutes to get anywhere, but most of the time we were able to get to our destination within 5 or 10 minutes. The house itself is very spacious, and was clean and cozy from our time of arrival to our departure, thanks to the Staff and their hard work every day. All of the Staff are incredibly hospitable and accommodating, and each of them went above and beyond on a daily basis in order to make myself and the rest of my family feel welcome, comfortable, and at home, and because of their tedious and energetic work, this allowed for us to truly relax throughout the whole week and completely enjoy our vacation.

This isn’t the first time I stay with Karina, and as always it was great the house was clean had everything for my family to enjoy the pool was spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever is needed to cook if you plan to , if not there’s a cute cafe you can eat in the complex. Any time I had questions and I messaged her she was very responsive and always available to help with whatever is needed. Great host And will definitely keep staying on her properties
