Beachfront holiday rental in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. Upealla paikalla ja lähellä paikallisjuna-asemaa. Helppo päästä Nizzaan, mutta Cagnes Sur Mer itsessään tarjoaa jo paljon nähtävää. Asunto oli siisti, ja sijaitsi talon ylimmässä kerroksessa (huom. ei hissiä). Tehokas ilmastointi. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Excellent logement agréable et propre avec un acces direct a la mer et une très belle piscine au rooftop. L’emplacement est aussi au top a côté de la baie des anges. pour finir, Kevin est un hote exceptionnel, tres agréable et serviable. on y retourne volontiers 😀

We had a fantastic stay at Nat’s place. The views are outstanding and to enjoy the sea in all its colours and shades in different weather was incredible. We loved the proximity to the beach, town, restaurants, museums and markets. We enjoyed many walks and rarely used our car. The internet was good, so we were able to work. Nathalie was very sweet and welcoming, providing us with welcome gifts of bread, butter, jam. Antibes is a lovely town to visit and people are friendly, this studio is perfect to explore the town from, we would highly recommend.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab lief super und der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich! Die Villa liegt einmalig schön am Cap d‘Antibes. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und es war an alles, was wir für eine komfortable Zeit gebraucht haben, gedacht worden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eigene Matratzen für die Ligen am Swimmingpool. Swimmingpool: ausreichend groß, sauber und tief - also super zum Schwimmen. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein super gepflegtes grünes Paradies. Also insgesamt top! Vielen Dank und Gerne wieder!

Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

We had a fabulous stay in Antibe, the location is wonderful to explore the nearby beaches! Danni was very responsive during the check in process and our stay . The apartment is beautiful and was the perfect home base for our explorations through the Côte d’Azur.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Zwei erholsame Tage in einer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit wunderbaren Ausblick!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est très propre, confortable et extrêmement bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants et des bars. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent comme chez eux – il ne manque rien. Le seul petit point à noter est que le parking peut être un peu difficile à trouver, mais nous avons toujours eu la chance de trouver une place à proximité. En résumé, un logement idéal pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Merci encore Stephane pour ce séjour. Nous reviendrons et le conseillerons a nos amis. ☺️

Très bel emplacement Les yeux dans l’eau…il n’y a qu’à traverser pour se baigner … Studio clair, propre et bien équipé. Bon accueil de la part de Véronique. 7e étage avec une vue panoramique . Je reviendrai 🌹♥️

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Magnifique appartement de charme avec vue sublime sur un des plus beaux ports de la rivièra. Une décoration soignée et un ensemble chily des plus appréciable. On y bénéficie en outre d un bain de clarté exceptionnel avec des grandes fenêtres en arcade. L appartement est bien équipé. Merci Helen pour ce séjour enchanteur.

Henri & Maggy’s place is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. Its location is just a few steps from the Musée Picasso, the Marché Provençal, and all that Old Town Antibes has to offer. Right on the ramparts, the view from the terrace is magnificent. Two of the nights, we cooked at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The full size washer and dryer was also put to good use during our stay. And the hosts were very helpful in answering any questions we had along the way. We really enjoyed our stay. Because the streets are closed to vehicles we did have to lug our suitcases quite a distance, so do keep that in mind.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.
