The house is located in a place that is tranquil, full of vegetation, outside of the city, close to Eyipantla Falls, which is only a 10 minute walk from the house or by car 3 minutes. It is 20 minutes from Catemaco and 35 minutes from San Andres Tuxtla, Veracruz. There is air conditioning in 3 bedrooms. Fans in other 2 bedrooms. Hot and cold water is available in the showers.
