The place was wonderfully designed and maintained. We stayed for 1 night on our way to Kalpa and it was all we needed. They have great accommodation, facilities and landscaping. The food and overall service is superb. Bipin bhaiya, the caretaker is very helpful. Overall a very good stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! It’s perfectly located—peaceful and away from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy Shimla. The hosts, Atul and Garima, were warm, welcoming, and ensured every detail was taken care of. Their home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious and added to the homely charm. The property is beautifully designed with a modern, classy aesthetic—elegant yet subtle. The bathrooms had high-end fittings, and the dining area was perfectly curated, reflecting thoughtful craftsmanship. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Waking up to fresh mountain air and serene views made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a peaceful yet luxurious retreat near Shimla, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

The place was really nice and the view from the room was absolutely perfect as you can see the entire Mall Road from there. One big plus is that Jakhu Temple is just 1.2 km away, which makes it easy to visit. The terrace is very spacious and offers beautiful views of the main areas like Mall Road and The Ridge, especially at night when everything is lit up. However, do keep in mind that you have to walk quite a bit to reach the homestay. The road is a steep uphill climb, which can be tiring. Also, cabs don’t go directly to Mall Road, and even if you hire one, they’ll charge extra and you’ll still have to walk a bit since the homestay isn’t right by the roadside. Overall, it’s a great place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk then the views and peaceful surroundings are worth it!

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely incredible! Tucked away in a peaceful and scenic location, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The cabin was cozy, clean, and beautifully furnished. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a highlight of our mornings. Everything we tried at the restaurant was so good. Everything was exactly as pictured—if not better! One thing to note: the road leading to the cabin was a bit different than we expected so just be prepared, especially if you’re arriving at night or in bad weather. That said, it added to the adventure, and once we arrived, it was completely worth it.

Words cannot do justice. The views are unhindered and majestic. Location is picturesque. It is a vintage property and has modern amenities like heated rooms, high quality blankets, comfortable mattresses and bathrooms. The property is evidently someone’s home with history written all over the place. Innumerable books gives company. The furniture has lovely carving and carpets are breathtaking. Food is delicious and communication impeccable. We had 3 dogs with us and there is enough and more space for them to play.
