All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. The cottage is situated on a small family estate, in beautiful forest, just outside a village (at just 600m ), in the largest nature area of The Netherlands, with ancient woods and vast fields of heather on its doorstep. The house is spacious but also cosy and comfortable, with a luxury bathroom, complete kitchen, a woodburner stove and all the other comfort you need. Wolves can sometimes be heard howling, if you're lucky...

The fully furnished studio has a sleeping and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be made into two single beds. The living area has a separate dining area in the conservatory next to a cozy sitting area.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But of course you can also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We have completely renovated the former bakery in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can begin.
