Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of noyers, a vacation house located in the middle of walnut tree groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church

Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

The Perched House

A small, warm wooden architect's house for two people with its private garden. It is located in an orchard in the middle of fruit trees in peace and quiet. Located on a hill, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois near Chablis and at the gates of Champagne. I live next door, I am very available for advice, suggestions. An often fabulous sky for astronomy lovers.
