There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. We are a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Auke Rec and a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Lena Beach. Amenities include spa shower, laundry, and beautifully appointed/stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a coffee pot, microwave, fridge, stove, and basic essentials.
