If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, also the arrival time does not matter. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking. Please no "youth parties".

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Beautiful attic room on the second floor of a charming old building in the Potsdam Berlin suburb with mini kitchen, bathroom and private entrance. Located not far from the international art and culture district of Schiffbauergasse, Glienicker Bridge and Heiliger See are also within walking distance. Directly opposite is an S-Bahn stop, with which the historic city center and the train station can be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available along the street.

Stay in the historic Dutch Quarter

Relaxed living, Mediterranean backyard, roof terrace and beautiful views. You can look forward to three bedrooms, a living room where a Prussian grenadier lived 250 years ago, a kitchen-living room where he cooked and a bathroom he didn't know yet (Wilhelminian period). The furnishings are a mix of Wilhelminian style, design and Mediamarkt. From the floorboards, you can easily remove any spilled red wine from the wine merchant in the immediate vicinity.

Quiet lakeside accommodation with terrace

The bungalow is situated on private ground with marina. There are terraces to linger on the water. Via the jetty you can access a swimming platform for swimming and lingering. It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living space is heated very well. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance, you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No partying or partying!

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Cozy and comfortable 2-room apartment.

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
