House holiday rentals in Juniata County

House was very remote, but there was a small store about 10 min away for essentials. We planned our meals, shopping and excursions in advance, so we really didn't need to make any special trips. House was huge and had everything we could of needed. The Co-Host reached out to us a couple of times about mowing and opening the pool, making sure we were OK with it. We had a beautiful rainbow 🌈 to admire and the serenity of the home was exactly what we needed to reset. On the last night our Co-Host brought us a homemade Strawberry pie. I highly recommend this rental for anybody looking to sit back, relax and enjoy the quietness of the area.

We really loved the stay at the house! It really was everything we were looking for and wasn't forever away from us. We wanted to get away and relax with privacy and some places for the kids to get in the water... the pool did not disappoint even if it was a little chilly this time of year... The kids didn't care! I spent most of my time in the hot tub and using the amenities of the home that made us all feel right at home. We hope to come again... this was a great spot to bring the family and friends to get away.

5 Stars – Perfect for Events, Rain or Shine! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently hosted a graduation party at this beautiful home, and it was absolutely perfect—even with a bit of rain! The outdoor area, including the pool, kitchen, and seating spaces, was incredibly well-designed and functional. The flow from the inside of the house to the outdoor spaces made entertaining effortless and enjoyable for everyone. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and more. Every one of our guests kept raving about how stunning and comfortable the space was! Connie was a fantastic host—so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. She made sure everything went smoothly, and her communication was top-notch. We had zero complaints and are already planning to stay here again for our next celebration. Highly recommend this home for any small event or getaway. 10/10—absolutely deserves all five stars!

This is our second stay in this house. When we are in the area we will continue to stay here. Cindy is great to work with. She is quick to respond and takes care of things quickly as well. We experienced a snow/ice storm while there and Ralph came out to pretreat the deck, stairs and walkway for our safety.

Host was quick to respond and accommodating. I had a wonderful get together with family here. There was enough room for me to host our large family dinner. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean, comfortable and updated. A very homey feeling. This helped make my visit home one of the best visits in a long time. ❤️❤️ Thank you

This place worked perfectly for us to get together with extended family. A nice big dining room and kitchen allowed us to cook together and eat together. We went to Hershey's Chocolate World, the Indian Echo Caverns, and the Amish Experience. We grilled outside on the patio one night, and the kids enjoyed playing the Pacman game. You might want to know that the way the second floor is arranged, the only way to get to the bathroom from the two front bedrooms is through another bedroom. We didn't need all the bedrooms for our group, so we left the one attached to the bathroom vacant so we could all access the bathroom. If you're at full capacity, though, the people in the front bedrooms will need to use the downstairs bathroom during the night to avoid going through someone else's room. But like I said, it worked out just fine for us.

The home is very clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed. Jerv responds quickly to any questions. There are 3 exterior doors and the door facing the road is the keypad to initially enter + the best spot to unload luggage for bedrooms. We would love to stay again if ever revisiting the area. There were no issues with noise outside and the next door neighbors were quiet and private.

Eric’s place is the perfect location for a weekend of racing at Port Royal speedway. It had everything we needed for a home base. We will stay again ! Thanks Eric!

The hosts were super helpful, and accomadating. We stayed for one night while in town for a wedding and it was a great spot to stay at for the evening. I would reccomend this airbnb to anyone looking in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Stone House! It’s our favorite Airbnb! The setting is peaceful and beautiful! The house is extremely clean and had everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again!

We had a great stay! There was a little hiccup with the code and the door unlocking but she was very responsive and helped right away. Very nice cozy place to stay!

In the region for business, we really enjoyed our stay at Sonya’s place. It was exactly as pictured, incredibly clean, and met all our needs. We were delighted to find fresh (and delicious!) homemade cinnamon rolls waiting for us upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever fortunate enough to be back in the area!

The house was beautiful and immaculate! We only stayed one night so we didn’t have time to really explore the surrounding area but we highly recommend Sheri and her home! The couch is SO comfy!!!

Loved the place. My daughter and granddaughter wanted to move it to Branson Missouri so we could stay in it when we went to Silver Dollar City. Definitely a great find for us.

The home is spacious and well appointed. Beds and furniture was comfortable and decor is very attractive. Welcome treats were much appreciated and the location was very convenient for the family wedding we were attending. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Ruth's house is gorgeous. It was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped and as others have mentioned the views from the back are lovely. Great communication from Ruth and very easy to find and checkin. We have already booked to stay again when we next visit family nearby.

The house is absolutely beautiful so clean we all love it plus it has many toys for the little ones and a game table for adults we love it 😍

From my very first email with questions, Gloria was absolutely lovely as a hostess. She was very helpful and communicative and wanted to make sure the house met our needs. It was in a perfect location for walking around Lewistown and visiting our family who live there. The two back bedrooms and bath seem to be part of an addition to the original floor plan—so the floor plan is a little quirky—but it suited our needs perfectly. It is very spacious and we enjoyed having so much room to spread out! Gloria left cans of La Croix, waters, coffee and other items for us to use in the full kitchen. We took full advantage and enjoyed eating some meals in. The house is quite old hence the 4-star rating for cleanliness...hard for an older structure to be sparkling and pristine...but it was completely satisfactory. We will stay again.

The house was a perfect spot for a fishing getaway. The house is comfortable and the back deck overlooking the river was our favorite spot. Highly recommended and we’ll be back. Rob was a great host as well.

Marlen could not have been any more responsive when needed. The townhouse was EXACTALY as described and pictured. It was like it was brand new and we were the first ones in it. There for a trade show which we travel a LOT for Marlen's place was by far the nicest, cleanest and friendliest host/place! Brenda's place is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The location is quiet and the views out the front and back are very relaxing! Brenda is a friendly and responsive host. The welcome tray of goodies was a nice touch. Will be back!
