My place is approximately 300 meters from the beach and the river, 100 meters from the supermarket, pharmacy, near restaurants, bakery, marinas and yacht club. Integrated internal, external and garden area. It has leisure equipment (two bikes, parasol, beach chairs etc), barbecue and cooking utensils. Bring only your bed linen and towels.
