This is a lovely waterfront getaway, with lots to do nearby whether rain or shine. Brian is super responsive.

Great place to stay, quiet and calm.

Good studio space, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable, both the kitchen and bathroom were functional and well equipped. The balcony space was a nice plus. The laundry facilities and small gym were great to have and functional. It's very close to the hospital, so it's useful for internships. There's a Lidl and an Ikea within walking distance for shopping. Only negatives I would say are the thin walls (I could often hear my upstairs and next door neighbors but most people were respectful so it wasn't a big problem) and the distance to the center of the city (nothing to do around the area but about 30 min distance on the tram or 20 min by bike). Also because Airbnb is not their main platform, they are not very communicative on the app, but there's an email on their site. Overall, a good value for money option.

A great place to stay behind the dyke. Perfect for cycling trips. A very special place, very hospitable without looking touristy.

We had a great stay in Christoffer’s apartment, free parking outside and the location is great.

Very nice stay and Christian was sweet and helpful. The kitchen was a bit sketchy, but it worked out.

Kenia and Ole are the best hosts, very determined to do everything to satisfy the client. First of all, both are great people and they are ready to do all in their power to help the client to feel well as you feel at home. We strongly recommend this location for the great conditions, great price and perfect hosts.

My husband and I felt very comfortable in Vivien's apartment. It is perfectly equipped, tastefully furnished, the beds are super comfortable and the small terrace in the garden is beautiful for breakfast, etc. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it!

A good night in Kolding!

The apartment is perfect – more than we could have wished for. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished with high-quality interiors, and in the best possible location. Stunning sunsets and visits from wild rabbits included! Charlotte is a wonderful host with a big heart and great communication. We would love to come back!

Jonas was fantastic. Very communicative and accommodating. He proactively offered early check in and kids’ toys, super helpful when we arrived early with our two year old. He provided many local suggestions, and was always prompt to answer any questions we had. The place is great, awesome location with a view of the rainbow and right next to the botanical gardens and a zillion playgrounds. The community space at the apartment is really nice. There’s a supermarket maybe 100 meters from the place. Would stay here again, no doubt

Good location with a great view. Private sauna, with jacuzzi and gym were great for a house. We had a very good time there. Gladly come back

We had a lovely stay. (4 adults, 4 children). The center with swimming pool, bowling alley, indoor playground, was only 150 m away, so you could also go there spontaneously. ( other accommodations are further away, so you have to drive to the center by car).

Wonderful house on a privileged location and view to the Fiord. The outside area is also really nice for playing and enjoying. We were welcomed by some deers at the garden what made it even more special. Communication was easy and clear. We had an amazing time and can definitely recommend it. We also rented a sauna and parked on the garden, what was a super special experience!

Lovely house easily able to accommodate 8 of us. Great facilities and a super helpful host who was always on hand to help advise on things and help out with mobile payments etc. lovely 10 minute walk to the beach and 25 minutes along the beach to albaek. Highly recommend the community sauna at albaek marina for beautiful views and the chance to swim in the Baltic (which lives up to its reputation temperature-wise!)

Very warm welcome, beautiful quaint well-equipped accommodation. We had a very nice contact with the hostess. In a quiet location to unwind and a barrel sauna in the garden. The North and Baltic Sea are always half an hour away by car. We will be back ;-) no question. Sabine

If there is anything to complain about, then the following: - The house has radio/TV reception only via Wi-Fi. There are only a few Danish TV programs and video streams. Even with their own access, foreign (in our case German) live programs cannot be received via the Internet because of the country lock. - Bed sizes are all different. So the "double bed" in bedroom no. 4 is very narrow and hardly sufficient for two adults. The single bed in bedroom no. 5 is a cot (only 1.90 m long and 80 cm wide), so also hardly suitable for adults. We recommend adding the size of the bed in the house description or asking for them from the hostess.
