Hubbel is the name of this double cube house, given by the architectural studio Floris van der Klei who won the Building Holland Award 2010 for the design and execution. And for that reason, it was allowed to stand in Amsterdam's Vondelpark for six months. Now this Hubbel is in our backyard. Now built with a second cube attached. Everything that belongs in a house is present! This cottage ('on' De Wetering) is located in Oude Wetering, a village between Leiden and Amsterdam.

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water! Unfortunately, not suitable for children without a swimming certificate. No smoking indoors, no parties and no pets.
